Refund & Returns Policy<\/h3><\/div>

1- Overview:
<\/strong>Our refund policy lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since your purchase and you have not contacted customer service, we can\u2019t offer you a refund, return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at\u00a0support@couturebysalwa.com<\/a>\u00a0with an immediate picture taken 24 hours<\/em><\/strong> from receiving the package, to be eligible for a partial\/ full refund

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. And the receiving of the returned monetary amount will depend on the payment method refund period and bank terms.
If the item was received, normal refund & return policy applies as per usual.

2- Customs & Shipping:

4- Late or Missing Refunds:

5- Sale Items:
<\/strong>Sale items if eligible for refund, the refund will be issued according to sale price.
